Document Management for Pivotal CRM

Whether your business requires regulatory review of customer documentation, legal and contract management or you simply need to organize customer documents, a document management solution is an inevitable need. Most organizations employ a shared library of documents on an intranet or LAN. Some organizations invest in point solutions that address all document management needs. Either of these approaches leaves out one central need: storing the documents in the context of the enterprise CRM system.

FyreDocs for Pivotal was built on the standard document library platform provided by Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS). FyreDocs presents its users with a fully integrated user interface from the Pivotal Rich Client (web interface). All of WSS’s functions are made available to Pivotal users without leaving the Pivotal user interface.
