Email marketing for Pivotal CRM

SyndMail is an email marketing and communication tool that enables our customers’ electronic mail strategies directly from their Pivotal CRM platform. SyndMail is a simple yet fully functional and scalable email and communication engine for dozens of companies.

Syndmail is seamlessly integrated with Pivotal CRM and features web-based customer preferences and opt-in/out administration, response tracking including read, click-through and bounce backs, a bounce-back engine to monitor and report bad emails and analysis and reporting on customer responses and interaction.

Red Clay Consulting built the SyndMail email marketing and communication solution entirely using the Pivotal CRM tool set and sold the rights to the product to CDC Corporation in May of 2007.
